ORDERING INFORMATION
Orders can be placed by phone on our toll-free line (800-528-2909), through our regular number (815-562-3010), by fax (815) 562-7488, by mail or through our website.
Liners are shipped as 1 1/2" plugs, 12 per pack and 96 per flat (8 packs per flat). Liners must be ordered in multiples of 12 per cultivar. Minimum order is 12
liners (1 pack) consisting of the same cultivar. The 4" Retail Ready pots are shipped in trays holding 18 plants. Minimum order is one tray of eighteen plants;
you may mix or match different cultivars within a tray.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms are cash, charge card (VISA or MasterCard) or C.O.D. unless a credit account has been approved. For customers with established accounts and approved credit,
our standard terms are Net 30 days. A 2% per month finance charge will be added to accounts over 30 days.
First time customers can expedite their orders by including a check or money order, or by using a credit card. We would be pleased to provide a credit application upon
request. Also, please supply us with your state resale tax number to avoid being charged tax.
GUARANTEE
We guarantee our plants to be in good condition and properly named to the best of our knowledge. All claims regarding shortages, damaged plants, etc., must be made
within seven days of receipt of shipment. Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit memo or check.
