SHIPPING
All plants will be shipped F.O.B., Rochelle, Illinois. For most areas of the country, U.P.S. ground service has proven best. How long will it take?? See the U.P.S. Ground Time-in-Transit Map . Federal Express is available upon request. Shipping costs are charged to the customer. Unless specifically stated, we do charge a small box fee of $3.00 to cover the costs of packing materials. We do not charge box fees on backorders. |

FOREIGN CUSTOMERS
A handling charge will be assessed at the time of shipping to cover the cost of washing, packing, and certification.

GUARANTEE
We guarantee our plants to be in good condition and properly named to the best of our knowledge. All claims regarding shortages, damaged plants, etc., must be made within seven days of receipt of shipment. Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit memo or check. |
